Accessibility Statement for WELLCO
Effective Date: 07/01/2025
WELLCO is committed to ensuring our digital and in-person wellness services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to provide equal access and opportunity.

What Web Accessibility Is
An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This includes compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other digital access tools.

Accessibility Adjustments on This Site
We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines to make the content accessible for all users, including those using assistive technologies. As part of our ongoing effort, we have implemented the following measures:
-
Used accessibility evaluation tools to identify and correct issues
-
Set the language of the site
-
Structured content order for better screen reader navigation
-
Added clear heading structures throughout each page
-
Provided alternative text for all meaningful images
-
Implemented color combinations with appropriate contrast
-
Minimized motion and animations where possible
-
Ensured that videos, files, and audio content are accessible
-

Declaration of Partial Compliance
Some third-party platforms or tools (such as embedded schedulers or external payment processors) may not fully comply with accessibility standards. While we strive to work only with accessible platforms, we cannot guarantee compliance for those services not developed or managed by WELLCO.

Accessibility Arrangements in Our Practice
WELLCO is a concierge-based, mobile wellness service. While we do not currently operate from a public-facing office, we offer in-home care tailored to each client’s environment. When operating pop-up or in-person sessions (e.g., at events), we make reasonable accommodations to support individuals with mobility or sensory impairments.
If you are receiving in-person service and need special accessibility accommodations (such as physical assistance, communication preferences, or other tools), please contact us ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.
